Na’ama Moran is Co-Founder and CEO at Cheetah. Growing up in Israel with a family of farmers and small business owners, she’s seen first-hand the imminent need for a more efficient, accessible food supply. She came to the US to study economics, math, and political science at Cornell University, and started her career with Greylock Capital Management as an analyst. She soon left finance and moved to Silicon Valley to pursue her dream of building products that make people’s lives better with technology. She’s founded several companies including Zappedy and Sourcery, where she encountered many restaurant owners and food entrepreneurs, and discovered the hardships of running a restaurant, including the lack of transparency and ease-of-use in such an important industry. Remaining committed to building products that help food businesses thrive, she saw an opportunity to solve the very real problem that legacy distributors created for independent restaurants with Cheetah. Today, Na’ama is scaling Cheetah at an unprecedented pace. Since its inception in 2015, Cheetah has served over 2,000 independent restaurants with a mission to improve their supply chain. In early 2020, Cheetah turned their fleet of refrigerated trucks into mobile fulfillment centers, to provide the safest option for grocery pickup without contact and away from crowds. Bentley Hall
CEO of Good Eggs
Bentley is a passionate, driven entrepreneur, who helps small consumer businesses become big – often very quickly. Ever since he was a kid, he has been fascinated with understanding how high growth companies achieve scale, disrupt industries and change the world we live in. After spending time with Johnson & Johnson and Clif Bar, he joined the Plum Organics team as employee #3 and was fortunate to hold a variety of executive roles, in multiple countries, as the business launched from $0 to ~$100+ million in annual sales in under 7 years. In 2013, the business was successfully sold to the Campbell Soup Co. Others have called him a creative problem solver, a levelheaded leader, an optimist, a self starter, a builder and a collaborator. While he is technically a certified accountant (CMA), he does not mention this at parties. Devoted to a lifetime of learning, he is continually humbled by how little he actually knew the previous year. Originally from just north of Boston, he now lives in Marin, California and spends as much time as possible outdoors (skiing, trail running, cycling, camping, stand up paddle boarding), eating tasty food and laughing with his wife, close friends and two young sons.

Founder and CEO of iSALON Beauty App
The founder of iSALON, a businesswoman and entrepreneur, fashion model and world-traveler, Iryna Korolenko is a portrait of the modern Renaissance woman. Born in Ukraine, she balanced passion and professionalism, ambition and sophistication from an early age, modeling internationally by 16 while prioritizing higher education. After receiving postgraduate degrees both in international economy and psychology, Iryna began a career working for global corporations, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts. By seamlessly navigating between the worlds of business and beauty, from airline to fashion runways, she has gained a worldview unique among her peers. Seeking new opportunities, Iryna packed a single suitcase and moved to the United States in 2014. Despite having no support network, she paved her way in an unfamiliar environment, and continues to trailblaze her singular career workingwith prominent designers and global brands both as a model and businesswoman. In boardrooms and at photo shoots, presentation matters, but it doesn’t have to be inconvenient. It was during a commute in traffic that Iryna realized it was smarter, safer, and simpler to have beauty services delivered directly to her door. Any modern professional will recognize the importance of quickly connecting with services wherever they are, whenever they are – and with iSALON, you can. Iryna is based in California but continues to pursue her passion exploring new places and meeting new people, always looking forward to new challenges and discovering innovative ideas. A consummate Capricorn, culinary dilettante, and classic cinema enthusiast, she most appreciates the simple things in life, especially her French bulldog, Blu.

Douglas Colbeth
Founder & CEO of MedCircle
Douglas Colbeth became president and chief executive officer of Kinaxis in March 2003. As one of the true visionaries of the Internet explosion in the mid 1990’s, he envisioned the opportunity to be a leader in delivering an on-demand supply chain management service. He then came across what he describes as a “gang of supply chain geniuses” in Canada, who had already developed very powerful modeling and collaboration technology. After going public in 2014 – Kinaxis has a market capitalization of approximately $2 Billion. Doug understood what the Internet’s influence on consumer behavior would be and how it would dramatically increase demand volatility. The problem of effectively responding to consumer demand would be further exacerbated by the dramatic market shift of outsourced manufacturing operations. Under Doug’s leadership, Kinaxis developed a world-class offering which enables companies to build better supply chain plans and quickly respond to constant changes in demand, supply and product — driving breakthroughs in customer service and operations performance. Today, the Kinaxis RapidResponse® cloud service empowers front-line decision makers at brand name companies and contract manufacturers with multi-enterprise visibility and collaborative analysis tools to effectively respond to change across an entire distributed supply chain. Prior to Kinaxis, Doug was chief executive officer of Spyglass Inc., a leading provider of Internet software technologies. Spyglass technologies are utilized inside millions of products including PCs, televisions, telephones, and other hand-held devices. Most notably, Spyglass technology is the foundation of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. In June 1995, Spyglass became the first Internet software company to conduct a successful Initial Public Offering. In March 2000, Doug negotiated its merger with OpenTV Inc., at a value of $2.4 Billion. Outside of his work with Kinaxis, Doug and his wife Margaret are pioneer philanthropists in the area of juvenile brain diseases. Established in 2000, the Colbeth Clinic is operated by the University of Illinois Medical Center and serves inner city children in the Chicago area. This state of the art clinic employs a multidisciplinary approach to treating a wide range of brain diseases including: autism, depression, bipolar, OCD, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, and studied Quantitative Economics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (R.P.I.) in Troy, New York. While attending R.P.I., Doug was awarded a research grant from Texas Instruments Inc. to develop modeling software for various Texas Instruments products.

Ooshma Garg
Founder & CEO of Gobble
Ooshma Garg already has started two successful businesses – one that she recently sold and another that has attracted over one million dollars in venture capital. In 2008, she created Anapata, an online site that matches students looking for jobs with potential employers, mostly in the legal field. After three years of sleepless nights, bootstrapping (keeping the business self-sustained without raising any outside money) and developing Anapata, Garg sold it to the legal company LawWerx. Garg says she feels she’s finally found her niche and true passion with Gobble, a dinner delivery service that creates 10-minute 1-pan fresh dinner kits for busy professionals looking for a healthy and quick alternative to takeout. The idea came from Garg’s own struggles to eat well while running Anapata. With a demanding schedule that often left her eating in her car, Garg says she was looking for a way to get home-cooked meals at a reasonable price. She started by delivering prepared meals from local chefs and eventually progressed to hiring cooks and chefs in her own Gobble commercial kitchen. With the hiring of Executive Chef Thomas Ricci, Garg invented Gobble’s now flagship product, the 10-minute 1-pan dinner kit, providing her customers with both the speed of takeout and the satisfaction of cooking at home. The strategy paid off with Garg scoring some top investors in Silicon Valley – including LinkedIn Co-founder Reid Hoffman – raising over $1.2 million in seed capital for her business.
