Tell us about yourself?
I’ve been in the IT for over a decade now and this is my third company. The first one, Malyshev EduSys, developed apps for education, including #1 paid law school prep test app. Second one, Messapps, was a software development agency that got acquired in January of 2022. And now I’m onto my third company trying to make performance management a breeze!
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Don’t waste time. Go after what you believe and start selling as soon as possible.
What problem does your business solve?
Managing teams, understanding how they work, and giving effective feedback is hard. Impossible some would say. We make it easy.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The business started because of my own experience managing software teams. The lack of objective data makes management miserable. Especially for remote teams. And because of that both employers and employees suffer. So we are out here to fix this.
What is your magic sauce?
We do 2 important things that others don’t. First, we become your hub for objective analytics into your team performance. Second, we use AI to analyze all of this data for you so that you don’t need to waste any time.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our biggest goal is to make companies become more productive and make employees in these companies enjoy their work more. If every client we have achieves this – then we did our job well.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The long sales cycle for B2B companies that are focused on larger clients with multiple decision makers.
