Ulrich Grimm serves as the Creative Director for Calvin Klein men’s and women’s shoes and accessories including handbags, wallets, belts, watches, jewelry, and eyewear, spanning all of the brands produced by Calvin Klein, Inc. Shape and material are the foundation of his designs. Largely influenced by architecture, he is inspired by structures, colors, textures, and natural building materials – resulting in a clean and classic aesthetic, but with a modern approach. Grimm grew up in Porta Westfalica, Germany and joined Calvin Klein, Inc. in 1998 and was elevated to the role of Creative Director in July 2006. Today Mr. Grimm oversees a team that is responsible for the overall direction of the company’s extensive global offering of shoes and accessories produced under the Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Jeans, and Calvin Klein Golf brands. Grimm studied fashion design at Esmod in Paris and later returned to Germany to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in fashion design from Fachhochschule Bielefeld. Earlier in his career, he held design positions at established fashion houses such as Joop!, Bogner, and Fendi.

James McCart

As VP of R&D for SiteWit, James leads key initiatives such as SitWit’s optimization engine. He also plays a lead role in the facilitation of company R&D initiatives, from conceptualization through execution. James brings unique previous experience as a Research Health Science Specialist at the US Department of Veterans Affairs, where he led and worked on healthcare informatics research such as text mining, information retrieval, and natural language processing within a national electronic health record. He also has experience in computational approaches to systemic risk based on fine-grained financial data. James received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Purdue University. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Muma College of Business and the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida.
