Kyle Bertrand, VP Carrier Services and Procurement Management, is responsible for Long Distance Termination, Toll Free Origination, SS7 Services and Procurement Management for Onvoy. Prior to Onvoy, Kyle served as Vice President of Network Planning and Regulation for Broadvox, which was acquired by Onvoy, LLC in 2015. Kyle has over 25 years of Telecom experience and is often noted by colleagues to be one of the most knowledgeable people in Telecom. Kyle started his career as a Manager at Centurytel and then at Metro Access Networks. Kyle moved on to be a Director of Engineering and Provisioning at CoServ before joining @Link Networks as their Vice President of Engineering, where he was responsible for Network Development, Planning, Design, Procurement, Implementation, and Provisioning of a 14 state network. Kyle then spent 8 years in Network and Engineering at Pac-West where he was responsible for Network Operations & Planning, Provisioning, CAPEX, OPEX, Network Engineering, Sales Engineering, Traffic & Translation Engineering and the NOC. Nick Reifschneider

Nick Reifschneider, Vice President – Enhanced Communications Strategic Product Group, is responsible for the growth of Onvoy’s Voice, SMS and Mobility Platform services. With over 19 years of experience in a wide range of roles Nick is able to mesh the different nuances of product, marketing and operations to create services that add value to the customer. Prior to joining Onvoy, Nick held several roles at 360networks, a CLEC and fiber network operator based in Seattle, WA. Nick started his career at 360networks as Director of Land and Buildings overseeing the construction of telecom facilities throughout North America. He then moved into a Director of Sales Engineering position prior to his last role as of Product Director. Before his time at 360networks, Nick was the Regional Manager for Facility Construction at Qwest and was also a Project Manager at Turner Construction. Nick has a Bachelors in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Kate joined 3i’s New York Infrastructure team as a Vice President in 2018. Her role is principally focused on the evaluation of infrastructure opportunities in North America and asset management support to 3i’s North American infrastructure assets. Kate has over 9 years’ experience in the infrastructure investment community. Prior to joining 3i, Kate worked at QIC in their newly established North American office for two and a half years where she managed the transport sector for QIC’s North American activities across both business development and asset management. Previously, Kate ran an independent consulting business providing support to equity investors on global transport assets and had a six-year career with Cintra in Texas and Sydney. She was a founding member of Cintra’s Sydney office in her role as Technical Manager, undertaking corporate and business development activities in Australia and Southeast Asia. Her other roles at Cintra included being Traffic and Revenue Manager for Cintra’s North American market. Key responsibilities in these prior roles included deal origination, transaction due diligence, and asset portfolio management. Shoemaker has served as President of Water, Environment & Infrastructure (WEI) since April 2015. Shoemaker leads WEI across our global operations including developing and implementing new strategies for expanding our water and environmental services. She leads a team that focuses on designing the most efficient sustainable infrastructure solutions for our clients, providing innovative solutions to address demand for water supplies, and interdisciplinary solutions to address wastewater and environmental restoration needs. Shoemaker joined us in 1991 and has previously served in various technical and management capacities, particularly in the field of integrated water management and modeling. She has led large scale watershed and master planning studies, led the development of modeling tools, and published in the field of watershed and stormwater modeling and decision-making. Shoemaker led and coordinated Tetra Tech’s Growth Initiatives programs that for more than a decade have linked our scientists and engineers across our operations. From 2005 to 2014, she focused on our Strategic Planning process including oversight of our business development.
