Nick Reifschneider
Vice President of Enhanced Communications Strategic Products of Onvoy
Nick Reifschneider, Vice President – Enhanced Communications Strategic Product Group, is responsible for the growth of Onvoy’s Voice, SMS and Mobility Platform services. With over 19 years of experience in a wide range of roles Nick is able to mesh the different nuances of product, marketing and operations to create services that add value to the customer. Prior to joining Onvoy, Nick held several roles at 360networks, a CLEC and fiber network operator based in Seattle, WA. Nick started his career at 360networks as Director of Land and Buildings overseeing the construction of telecom facilities throughout North America. He then moved into a Director of Sales Engineering position prior to his last role as of Product Director. Before his time at 360networks, Nick was the Regional Manager for Facility Construction at Qwest and was also a Project Manager at Turner Construction. Nick has a Bachelors in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Kate Flanagan
Vice President of 3i Group
Kate joined 3i’s New York Infrastructure team as a Vice President in 2018. Her role is principally focused on the evaluation of infrastructure opportunities in North America and asset management support to 3i’s North American infrastructure assets. Kate has over 9 years’ experience in the infrastructure investment community. Prior to joining 3i, Kate worked at QIC in their newly established North American office for two and a half years where she managed the transport sector for QIC’s North American activities across both business development and asset management. Previously, Kate ran an independent consulting business providing support to equity investors on global transport assets and had a six-year career with Cintra in Texas and Sydney. She was a founding member of Cintra’s Sydney office in her role as Technical Manager, undertaking corporate and business development activities in Australia and Southeast Asia. Her other roles at Cintra included being Traffic and Revenue Manager for Cintra’s North American market. Key responsibilities in these prior roles included deal origination, transaction due diligence, and asset portfolio management. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Hons) and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Transportation (Hons), both from the University of Texas at Austin.
