He is a former ship Captain in the U. S. Merchant Marine. He worked aboard super tankers for in excess of ten years, traveling all over the world. Such prestigious firms as the Phibro Energy Unit of Salomon Brothers, later Citibank. the commodity unit J.Aron at Goldman Sachs; Bayway Refining Company; Tosco Refining Company and Phillips Petroleum among others. For over fourteen years, the company Mitch formed has conducted workshops, seminars, consulting services on specific projects and executive coaching for highly functioning and driven business people. His expertise now encompasses leadership development, marketing, internet marketing, growth and business value creation, fund raising advice to early stage companies and much more. Mitch is a master certified personal and executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching for Professionals with Post Graduate Degrees based in Santa Barbara, CA. He has also earned certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Fewer than 10 percent of coaches worldwide achieve this designation in their careers. A native New Yorker, Tublin has raised his family in Stamford, CT and continues to reside there with his wife of over 30 years. Together they have four children.
