As president and chief operating officer, Bill Burkart oversees KBM Group’s operations, including data and consumer engagement services, analytics and customer insights, business development, and organizational alignment across all business units, including data services, health services, and client solution delivery services. Bill Burkart is responsible for the delivery of KBM Group’s integrated marketing strategies and solutions, including orchestration of data-driven platforms and technology partnerships, product and service innovation, IT operations and data security. In addition to being responsible for day-to-day operations, Bill Burkart sets the company’s direction and growth strategy, participating in planning, acquisitions and other leadership activities as part of the company’s Executive Management Board. Bill Burkart has deep experience in data, analytics, technology and customer engagement, the pillars of KBM Group’s service offerings. Coupled with CRM, digital, agency, and consulting services, his background has prepared him to address the many challenges our clients face to stay competitive in today’s marketing landscape. Bill Burkart understands clients’ business challenges, having delivered marketing solutions to industries that include telecommunications, technology, health insurance, automotive, financial services and retail. A strong and inspirational leader, Bill Burkart has helped world-class brands deploy data, technology and insight-driven marketing to achieve a competitive advantage. Prior to joining KBM Group, Bill Burkart was Vice President of Acxiom’s Global Agency, where Bill Burkart was responsible for the firm’s digital agency and email/SMS platforms and led the global servicing teams. Previously, Bill Burkart was group vice president at MarketBridge, where Bill Burkart launched a marketing services practice to complement the firm’s consulting services. Earlier, Bill Burkart was a managing partner at the San Francisco office of Grey, where Bill Burkart launched an integrated advertising, digital and media business unit. Originally from St. Louis, Bill Burkart has a B.S. in Commerce (Marketing) and M.B.A. with a specialty in integrated marketing from Saint Louis University.
