Ms. Pang also served as vice president of Global Crossing customer experience re-engineering, where she was responsible for all aspects of global business transformation affecting customer experience. Prior to that, as vice president for Global Crossing investor relations, she was responsible for communicating with shareholders, bondholders and financial analysts. She also served as the chief of staff to the CEO and vice president of operations for Global Crossing, and was a member of the executive team that restructured Global Crossing during a critical phase in its history. Maxine Moreau serves as President of CenturyLink’s Consumer Markets division. Her leadership has been critical to CenturyLink’s efforts to improve sales, marketing and customer service as well as transforming the customer experience. Previously, Maxine served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations, responsible for planning, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance of CenturyLink’s robust 250,000-route-mile U.S. fiber network and 300,000-route-mile international transport network, including service delivery, service assurance, real estate/fleet management and region operations. She led the network enablement that currently provides commercial 100 Gbps services to businesses for high-bandwidth needs as well as the deployment of 1 Gbps fiber network to more than one million customers for both consumer and business. Prior to leading Global Operations, Maxine held several leadership roles at CenturyLink, since rejoining the company in 2003. Maxine has worked for three decades in the telecommunications industry and has depth of knowledge and experience in operations, network services, IT and process improvement.
