Kathleen Long
Vice President / General Manager, Networks (Biz Dev, Marketing, Relationships, Success & Operations) of RepairPal
For the last 16 years, Kathleen Long has provided thousands of practical business, payroll, and accounting solutions to small and medium sized businesses. She delights in helping entrepreneurs and accountants grow their businesses and achieve success, by helping them to streamline, automate and reduce manual work and paper. Kathleen joined Bill.com in July of 2010. Prior to that, Kathleen worked at Intuit and PayCycle, helping to grow and develop what ultimately became the largest online payroll service in the US! In each case, Kathleen built and developed world class, award-winning customer support teams and strategies. Kathleen has also been up close and personal with small businesses and their accountants, working as a business advisor to push her customers’ businesses to the second stage of growth and help them acquire business financing and lines of credit. This work has helped her really develop and absorb the mindset of the businesses she serves. Kathleen has a degree in General Studies and Philosophy from the University of Nevada Reno. She delights in music, theater, movies, reading, writing, laughing (too loud), talking (a lot) and being a kid all over again with her teenage son.
