Virginia is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Midwest Office, which includes the Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Minneapolis and Pittsburgh locations Since joining McKinsey’s London Office in 1997 Virginia has worked primarily in the Retail and Technology sectors. She has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and moved to North America in 2006. Her work covers the full spectrum of issues facing companies including corporate strategy, finance, marketing, sales and operations.
