After leaving Microsoft in 2009, Mike served on the boards of Buuteeq (sold to Priceline), Energy Savvy, Market Leader (sold to Zillow), Real Networks, Flexe, Pixvana, and Pipeline Deals. Adam is involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, including corporate and industry research, extensive financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, identification of business development opportunities, due diligence, and identification of corporate and financial buyers and investors. Prior to joining Woodside Capital, Adam was a Senior Analyst with Wunderlich Securities in their Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking team in Newport Beach, California. He was previously an Analyst with Moss Adams Capital LLC in Irvine, California on their Investment Banking team. He also worked in the investment banking group at Waveland Capital Group in Irvine, California and with UBS Financial Services in San Diego, California. Adam has closed over 20 M&A transactions, recapitalizations, and debt and equity capital raises for middle market clients in a broad range of industries. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Diego State University.
