I am a software developer with 8 years of experience in both frontend and backend coding. I originally started out as a mathematician, where I studied theoretical and applied Mathematics. After I learned the different aspects of algebra and mathematical logic, I leaned toward Computer Science and gained experience in application design, coding, and project management. My focus has always been on transforming ideas to applications within a team environment. Currently, I lead the product management for Shiptory, a web application which handles online shop and marketplace orders in an innovative way with superb shipping, tracking, order and inventory management capabilities in e-commerce industry. In this position, I focus on the development and release of the product. I have experience in e-commerce work in the past and I am familiar with web application structures, e-commerce business strategies, and market data on direct/indirect online sales. This includes software development using Java, JavaScript, Node.js and MySQL technical methodologies with Zeimax and Networking Hardwares. In both companies, I delivered effective listings, their spec descriptions, and sales campaigns for a wide array of products on Marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Newegg. Colleagues know me as a creative software developer and highly coordinated manager who is always open to new ideas and loves to work with teams. I have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology, where I studied computer programming languages, database systems, and security. My Bachelor of Science is in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Ege University in Turkey. In addition, I attended software engineering classes at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
