Carolyn Corvi is the former Vice President-General Manager of Airplane Programs, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. In this position Carolyn was responsible for leading Commercial Airplanes integrated production system-including design, production and delivery of the 737, 747, 767 and 777, as well as component part fabrication, and global supply chain operations in support of these airplane programs. As Boeing’s lean leader and student of the Toyota Production System, Carolyn continued to spearhead Boeing’s lean cultural transformation, while leading the implementation of industry leading practices. Prior to this, Carolyn served as Vice President-General Manager of the 737/757 airplane programs. Carolyn retired in January 2009 concluding a 34 year career during which she held leadership positions in program management, manufacturing, quality assurance, propulsion and aircraft systems. Carolyn currently serves on the corporate boards of United Airlines, Allegheny Technologies, Inc. and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. Carolyn is Member of Women Corporate Directors, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. In 2013 Corvi was recognized by the Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors as the public company director of the year. Carolyn is the Co-Founder of the Northwest Children’s Fund and former Board Member at Washington’s National Park Fund and the YWCA. From December 2000 to April 2002, Betsy was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer of Aspect Communications, Inc., a provider of customer relationship portals. From April 2000 to November 2000, Betsy was Senior Vice-President and CFO of Escalate, Inc., an enterprise e-commerce application service provider.From 1994 to 2000, Betsy held a number of senior positions at Silicon Graphics (SGI), culminating her career at Silicon Graphics as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to SGI, Betsy held senior management positions in finance with Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer. Betsy began her career with Arthur Young & Company. Betsy has served on the board of directors of Echelon since November 2005, GoDaddy since March 2014 and previously served on the board of PalmSource. Betsy graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University with a B.S.C. degree in Accounting, and was appointed to the Santa Clara Board of Trustees in October 2012.
