Mr. David C. Adams is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Curtiss-Wright Corp. He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. For the five years prior to his new position, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since October 2012. Prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Adams served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of the Company with overall responsibility for the Motion Control and Metal Treatment segments’ strategic goals, technology development, global operations and financial performance. He was President of Motion Control since 2005 and Vice President of the Company from November 2005. Prior to joining the Company in 2000, Mr. Adams had 10 years’ related industry experience with Goodrich and Lucas Aerospace. He serves on the board of governors of the Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.

Over the last twenty years, Mr. Marcelli has served as the president and chief executive officer of multiple start-up and growth companies in high tech manufacturing and business services, including two companies that were founded by him. In addition, he has held senior management positions with several companies including Teradyne Corporation and Sanmina Corporation. Throughout his career, he has held positions in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. Mr. Marcelli has served on the boards of several non-profit corporations and also served on the Advisory Board of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Engineering School.

Bringing more than 20 years of business and management experience growing successful organizations, Alan “Sparky” Heitmann joined Moxie after serving as VP of Worldwide Operations and Finance at Tealeaf, where he led finance and business administration, professional services and support globally. Prior to Tealeaf, Heitmann was VP of Client Management for Ask Jeeves Business Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for 80 global corporate clients, and built a client relations organization that generated $24 million in revenue. Previously, Heitmann had managed a $35 million business unit and 100 employees as Director of Consumer Relations for Iomega Corporation. He also spent nine years with Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, where he helped build the firm’s San Francisco and Charlotte consulting practices and managed large-scale engagements for clients such as Amdahl, Applied Materials, Cisco Systems, Guilford Mills, Iomega, Sara Lee and Sun Microsystems. Heitmann holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
