Mr. McNeill has 17 years of senior executive experience as at four early stage companies. Most recently, Mr. McNeill co-founded Renovate America, the leading provider of a new innovative financing product (Property Tax Financing) used by homeowners and businesses to finance energy products. The Harvard Business Review listed Property Tax Financing as a Top 10 Breakthrough Idea in 2010. Prior to co-founding Renovate America, Mr. McNeill held a number of senior level positions including Chief Financial Officer of two venture capital (VC) backed companies and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales of a third VC backed company. Two of the three VC backed companies went public on the NASDAQ stock market and the third was sold to a public entity. In addition to serving on the board of Renovate America, Mr. McNeill serves on the board of San Diego Coastkeeper and Quality Home Maintenance, Inc.
