Adam is president of global field operations at CA Technologies. He is responsible for building and maintaining customer and partner relationships across large enterprises and fast-growing, emerging markets. In this role, Adam will leverage changing IT demands to drive new business opportunities for customers and partners. Adam has held various senior management positions since joining the company in 1999. Previously, he served as executive vice president and group executive, Mainframe and Customer Success where he led innovation and growth for the Mainframe business and Customer Success. Michael Bisignano is general counsel and executive vice president at CA Technologies. Michael has more than two decades of business experience. Earlier in his career, he was general counsel at Online Resources Corporation, a software and SaaS technology provider, and was special counsel at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, a full-service, general practice law firm with offices in the US, the UK, and in Israel. He started his legal career as an attorney in the Washington D.C. offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCoy, a leading international law firm. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Harvard Law School, a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in economics and finance from The Wharton School of Business.
