MediaMath CEO Joe Zawadzki is a respected pioneer in the online marketing industry, known especially for establishing the demand-side platform sector. With his deep experience in audience targeting and optimization, ad networks and exchanges, and real-time bidding Joe is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences, roundtables and major events. After a decade representing buyers at top-tier agencies and Fortune 500 companies, Joe Zawadzki saw the need to reshape the online marketing landscape by integrating technology, data, analytics, and marketing best practices into a single media platform. He founded MediaMath in 2007, launching a technological revolution with the first demand side platform (DSP) and today, the MediaMath Marketing Operating System, TerminalOne, powers the marketing practice of more than 3,500 brands. Previously, Joe was founder, president and chairman of Poindexter Systems / [x+1], incubated Right Media, and as managing member of Occam’s Razor, shaped AOL’s yield management and DoubleClick’s buy-side optimization strategy. His early career was spent as an investment banker, where he developed his expertise in quantitative analysis and market dynamics, and he remains an active New York technology investor whose portfolio includes AppNexus, AdSafe, 33Across, C3Metrics, Hashable, Accordant and Spruce Media. Joe holds several patents in the area of online methods for dynamic segmentation and content presentation. He is a graduate of Harvard University and was a Teaching Fellow in cosmology, set theory and the history of science. He lives in New York City with his wife, Daria, and their children Dune and Jack, born on the summer and winter solstices respectively.

Andy is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. and has twenty-four years of mergers and acquisitions experience in the consumer products industry. Most recently, he is the founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Investment Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Trinity, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for many of the world’s leading companies in the consumer products industry. Andy was also a Managing Director with Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the consumer products and media sectors. The majority of Andy’s career was spent at SBC Warburg (now UBS) and its predecessors, where he was co-head of the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions department. Andy was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he was awarded an International Affairs Fellowship. He holds a BA from Trinity College, an MPA from the Kennedy School at Harvard, and an MBA (as a Fellow Nominee) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he lectures frequently on Corporate Finance.

Gordon is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. A native of New Zealand, Gordon has been immersed in technology since graduating Victoria University in Wellington in 1995. Gordon began his career as a business analyst and consultant working with or for some of NZ’s largest companies including The National Bank of New Zealand, Health Benefits Ltd, Gen-I (Formerly Computerland NZ) and The New Zealand Dairy Board. Gordon left New Zealand in 2000 to play semi professional rugby and eventually settled in New York in 2002. Once established in New York he created 27east.com, Inc., a design, hosting and internet software solutions company. Gordon served as the CEO of 27east and provided services to a variety of companies across a broad spectrum of industries including Information Technology, Fitness, Real Estate, Media (online, offline and sales), Retail and Apparel. A seasoned entrepreneur, Gordon also founded, co-founded and helped established several other companies whilst building 27east. Gordon eventually sold 27east in 2007 but continued to provide freelance IT and Web consultancy services to the new owner and others until 2009, when he joined Individual Digital, Inc.
