Catherine Lesjak has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hewlett Packard Company (“HP”) since January 1, 2007 and was interim chief executive officer of HP from August 2010 through October 2010. As a 27-year veteran of the company, Lesjak has held a broad range of financial leadership roles across HP. Before being named CFO, she held the position of senior vice president and treasurer, responsible for managing HP’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. Earlier in her career at HP, Lesjak managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Global Business Unit. Prior to that, she was group controller for HP’s Software Solutions Organization and managed HP’s global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization. Lesjak earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stanford University and a master of business degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Siva began his career at Intel. There, his final position was general manager of the $1 billion IC Procurement and Enabling Division, where he was responsible for portions of Intel’s chipset design, all external integrated circuit procurement and the production of Intel chips that were not manufactured in Intel fabs. In that position, Siva was known worldwide as the world’s largest consumer of semiconductor foundry wafers. In 1999, he joined Matrix Semiconductor as COO and was instrumental in the development and mass production of the first monolithic 3-D memory card. SanDisk purchased Matrix in 2006, and Siva was appointed general manager of the Pre-recorded Content Division. From 2004 until 2008, Siva was a board member at Nanosolar. In August 2007, Siva left SanDisk to found and manage Twin Creeks Technologies as its CEO. Siva is the author of Chemical Vapor Deposition: Thermal and Plasma Deposition of Electronic Materials (Van Nostrand Reinhold, 1995), and has published over 50 technical papers. He has also held positions as a research scholar at Matsushita Electric in Japan, a technologist at SEMATECH, an entrepreneur-in-residence at Crosslink Capital and an adjunct faculty member at San Jose State University.Siva received his doctorate in Materials Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
