Tell us about yourself?
I am an experienced Coach, Business Consultant and an EOS® Implementer in San Jose, California. My past professional experiences include multiple entrepreneurship spells and several executive positions, but I consider myself to be a student of life more than anything else.
I love new ideas, people, the Tao Te Ching philosophy and learning about human behavior. I have a super curious mind about business ideas, and when I am not working, you can find me studying a new concept or developing a new idea myself.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I generally enjoy life and all it has to offer. The past couple of years have been a reminder of how fragile everything is and how quickly things can turn. My advice would be to live every moment as fully and as aware as you possibly can.
What problem does your business solve?
Entrepreneurs and business owners often deal with a tremendous amount of pressure and chaos. I’ve been there, I know. We also recognize that Issues and problems will never stop when running a business, but it’s the capability to overcome these waves is what makes or breaks you and your team… What we provide is a systematic approach to dealing with and resolving the most pressing issues facing an organization at any given point.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
Our inspiration is summed up in my “Personal Mission Statement”: To be a positive differentiator with every person and every situation I encounter in my life, and to leave behind a legacy of love, compassion and peace.
What is your magic sauce?
What sets us apart is our holistic approach in building early foundational blocks for a growing business. Consultation and advising for larger companies are often limited and focused on a particular department or process.
What we do is work with smaller clients across all functional areas developing the processes and the skills necessary to grow and scale systematically and with as much control as possible. We create clarity for people and for precess.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our vision continues to be to help as many entrepreneurs and business owners as we can on their path to success while remaining true to our own principals and core values.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
At the risk of being repetitive, I believe the biggest challenge for many in our industry in the past couple of years has been the changing landscape of communication due to the COVID epidemic.
Our services often require honest and difficult conversations, and it has been a bit more challenging to conduct business online.
Luckily, technology has come a long way and a combination of in person and online approach has proven effective as well.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We are ready to help the right business owners and entrepreneurs make the most of their businesses and their dreams.
