If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Keep the faith and never give up. Also patience and persistence pays off.
What problem does your business solve?
We provide technical support to resolve problems with computers and phones.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The problems that we are trying to solve vary for our clients. Whether if they are having hardware issues or they are changing to VOIP phone service.
What is your magic sauce?
Our solution involves everything from phones and hardware development and logistics to sales and operational support.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
The plan for the next 5 years is to build our VOIP telephone service by getting the word out. I also want to get more clients.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
To date we haven’t faced a challenge that we couldn’t take care of.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Our primary goal is providing friendly, top level service to all who call on us for help. Our business depends upon yours, your business depends on the application of the right technology.
