TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF?
I was born and raised in South Florida and always had a passion for business and helping others. By starting Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions I am able to provide business owners and their staff with peace of mind through cleaning. In an industry that is saturated with sub-par service contractors I made it my mission to provide a product that is far superior than the competition.
IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME A YEAR OR TWO, WHAT PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOURSELF?
If I can go back a year or two the advice I would give myself is to focus more on business development and let my team members manage the work in the field. When starting up a business it is all about building a team and bringing great people into your organization to help reach our goals.
WHAT PROBLEM DOES YOUR BUSINESS SOLVE?
We help business owners maintain a clean and healthy facility by managing their cleaning properly through rigorous team member training, quality control inspections, and top tier customer service.
WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?
I was inspired to start my business while I was working in a corporate office and noticed the low quality cleaning we were receiving as a company. I saw a void in the market and knew this was a business I wanted to get into.
WHAT IS YOUR MAGIC SAUCE?
Our magic sauce is our level of customer service. Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions provides our clients with a scope of work prior to servicing their building. We stick by our proposal and do what we say we will. We are our clients partners in keeping their office clean and it is our obligation to keep their facility consistently clean and hygienic.
WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?
My plan for the next five years is to continue to add on new clients to serve and become the go-to commercial cleaning provider in the South Florida market. The more Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions grows, the more team members we can employ, and more offices will have a janitorial partner they can rely on.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?
The biggest challenge I have faced so far was making mistakes along the road to growth and having to overcome the challenges that came with it. Mistakes are a learning experience and have only made myself and the Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions team stronger.
