My name is Athar Hassan G.- an entrepreneur currently operating in digital design and communications.

I am the Regional Partner and Business Unit Head of BuzzFlick, a video animation agency presently based in the USA and has franchises in Dover, Houston, and New York.

I have considerable project and brand management expertise in the digital design agency and communications industries. I handle the clients’ strategy, creative, functionality, and business elements.

For me, timely completion, client satisfaction, and up-sell opportunities are crucial.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Everyone has something to teach you. Even your opponent has something to teach you. Learn to let go of your early judgments and make an effort to comprehend others. Talk less. Listen more. Investigate how individuals became who they are.

What problem does your business solve?

The competition in digital marketing is fierce now, and cutting through the noise and getting heard is becoming more of a challenge. We at BuzzFlick help brands get their message across through animated videos.

We take raw ideas and concepts and process them into a thought-provoking, engaging and informative video that spreads awareness, increase engagements, and skyrocket conversions.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Businesses have little time to spare on traditional marketing methods in today’s fast-paced world. They want a plan that generates instant results.

Companies have tried and tested every marketing strategy but have yet to get the desired results. They tried a variety of advertising and marketing strategies, but none of them were successful.

This inspired me to look out for modern techniques that can help brands. That’s when I thought of using animation to change the whole course of marketing and facilitate brands and individuals who’re looking for new ways to get their message across.

What is your magic sauce?

Not bragging about myself, but my technical knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and never-ending thirst to strive for precision.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Make BuzzFlick a million-dollar enterprise! This might seem impossible to some, but we are determined to succeed.

We have a comprehensive SDP (strategic development plan) in place, which has provided us with a roadmap and a five-year plan.

I see some amazing prospects and only success ahead with the kind of leadership I have. Their belief in me motivates me to try harder to reach my objective.

With a significant ARR, we envisage ourselves as one of the top animation and video production studios in the United States and eventually the entire globe.

We also have a solid plan in place to extend our worldwide presence and client base over the next five years.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Being a leader, one of the biggest challenges I have faced so far was to keep my team motivated despite the obstacles and conflicts.

Of course, when a team of people sits in one room and works together, conflicts do take place. But bringing them together and delivering quality results within tight deadlines is toilsome.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Building confidence and buy-in for your vision or initiatives require time and effort, but there are steps you can take to expedite the process and assure success.

With capable leadership, mentorship, a problem-solving mindset, a promise of a light at the end of the tunnel, prizes, and benefits that are fulfilled, I can involve people in my vision.
