He has authored more than 250 manuscripts, book chapters, and editorials related to cancer prevention, treatment, decision making, and health economics. At CA, Lauren is responsible for all facets of marketing. Since joining she has led a global initiative to recast the company’s reputation and positioning in the market via portfolio rationalization, brand marketing, strategic media and sports sponsorships. She’s also led the development of CA Technologies first integrated operating model for demand and opportunity management across sales and marketing. This work enables CA to measure market demand on a global basis, use analytics to gain insight on customer buying patterns, assess program ROI and sales conversion. Lauren has been recognized multiple times by BtoB Magazine as one of the World’s Top Marketers and was profiled in Secrets of the Marketing Masters, 2009. In 2010, she was named one of The Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal, and in 2015 she was recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the 50 Most Powerful Woman in Technology. Otto Berkes

As executive vice president and chief technology officer of CA Technologies, Otto Berkes is responsible for technical leadership and innovation, further developing the company’s technical community, and aligning its software strategy, architecture and partner relationships to deliver customer value. Otto joined CA on June 15, 2015. As a 25-year industry veteran, he has a passion for innovation and development. He has extensive experience leading the development of cutting-edge products and technologies. An early champion of mobile computing, he led the development of touch-based technologies, user interfaces, hardware architectures, and physical designs that were the forerunners to today’s tablets. Before joining CA, Otto served as the chief technology officer at HBO, where he directed efforts that created and delivered innovative digital technologies and products such as HBO GO®. During his tenure, HBO GO became one of the most popular streaming services in the U.S. Previously, Otto spent 18 years at Microsoft® and was one of the four original founders of Xbox. As Xbox’s first architect, he led its technical direction. He started his career at Microsoft as a senior software developer, where he worked on the first version of the Windows NT operating system, and re-wrote Microsoft’s OpenGL implementation. He led Microsoft’s OpenGL and DirectX graphics development groups in Windows during the formative years of the evolution of the modern GPU. Earlier in his career, Otto served as a senior developer at both Autodesk where he wrote the graphics engine and user interface for the first Windows-based version of AutoCAD. An advocate of diversity, he is a member of the University of Vermont’s STEM leadership council where he is focused on addressing gender, racial, and economic gaps across all of the STEM disciplines. Otto earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Middlebury College in Vermont and a master’s degree in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Vermont. He is co-inventor on and holds multiple patents spanning design, mobile device interaction and core computing technologies.

Adam Elster

Adam is president of global field operations at CA Technologies. He is responsible for building and maintaining customer and partner relationships across large enterprises and fast-growing, emerging markets. In this role, Adam will leverage changing IT demands to drive new business opportunities for customers and partners. Adam has held various senior management positions since joining the company in 1999. Previously, he served as executive vice president and group executive, Mainframe and Customer Success where he led innovation and growth for the Mainframe business and Customer Success. In addition, he led a Business Transformation program that aligned organizational initiatives with the company’s business strategy to meet long term goals and objectives. Previously, as executive vice president of the company’s global business operations and business transformation, he managed all aspects of executing the company’s operating plan. Earlier on as general manager of CA Services, Support and Education sales, Adam led a global team that delivered strategic insight, implementations, support and education to enable customers to receive maximum value from their IT investments. He was also responsible for sales in the eastern U.S., with a primary focus on managing the company’s growth in established and emerging customer bases. Adam joined CA Technologies through the acquisition of PLATINUM technology, where he supported the company’s professional services focused on data warehousing, repository, and business intelligence. Michael Bisignano

Michael Bisignano is general counsel and executive vice president at CA Technologies. In his role, Michael is responsible for providing legal guidance to the company’s senior management and board of directors. He oversees CA Technologies legal organization, including corporate governance and compliance, contracts, securities, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and litigation. Michael has more than two decades of business experience. Most recently, he served as general counsel and chief legal officer of Blackboard, Inc., a global technology company with 2,600 employees and clients in 90 countries. Michael oversaw critical aspects of the $1.64 billion transaction that took Blackboard private in 2011. Earlier in his career, he was general counsel at Online Resources Corporation, a software and SaaS technology provider, and was special counsel at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, a full-service, general practice law firm with offices in the US, the UK, and in Israel. He started his legal career as an attorney in the Washington D.C. offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCoy, a leading international law firm. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Harvard Law School, a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in economics and finance from The Wharton School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
