Elad has 20 years of experience managing products and leading teams, and is currently VP of product management for Proofpoint’s CASB and Unified DLP. Before joining Proofpoint, he was enSilo’s VP of products. Prior to enSilo, Elad was a Principal Product Manager at EMC, responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap and requirements of several products. Before that, Elad managed Imperva’s leading enterprise security product. Elad has also held engineering roles and led software teams at Intel and Marvell. He took on that role after being part of the leadership team at Velocify in El Segundo, a vertical SaaS company that was successfully acquired in October 2017. During his 3 years at Velocify, John drove the evolution of the Account Management & Customer Success organization that resulted in higher customer adoption of the solution, reduction in churn, and greater productivity for the team. Prior to ZipRecruiter and Velocify, John held various roles in Sales Operations, Services, and Account Management at NetApp, Cisco Systems, XM Sirius Satellite Radio, and Accenture. John joined Diversified as part of the acquisition of Snader and Associates in February, 2013. After graduating from San Francisco State University’s Broadcast and Communication Arts program, John led a (slightly) more glamorous, though short-term, life on the pro tennis circuit before trading his racquet for a rolodex — and joining founder Bob Snader as employee #2 in 1979. John became a full partner in 1988, and President in 1999. During his tenure, John helped to guide Snader and Associates to a staff-level of over 60, in 4 offices throughout California, and sales in excess of $40 million. As Diversified’s Senior Vice President, John continues to guide corporate growth and to oversee all aspects of west coast AV marketing operations, including new business development. John is based in our San Rafael, California office.
