At AVI-SPL, Kelly Bousman led the development of ProjectorPeople.com, the first online reseller of video projectors to business, government and consumer markets. ProjectorPeople.com grew rapidly, becoming one of the company’s most profitable units, earning 10s of millions in revenue annually. With LumaStream, Kelly Bousman leads the planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing of all marketing functions to achieve LumaStream objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility. Kelly Bousman is active in the local entrepreneurial community as a board member for Tampa Bay WaVE, a non-profit organization for early stage tech startups. She also has a strong background in art, design and web technology. Kelly Bousman was the Assistant Curator at the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum for five years. She’s taught entrepreneurship, graphics, multimedia and web design at the University of Tampa, and worked with the Ringling School of Art and Design. Kelly Bousman holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Florida State University and an M.A. degree in Art History from the University of South Florida.

Sellstrom is directly responsible for the company’s financial/accounting, treasury, banking/finance, human resources, and information technology functions. In addition, Sellstrom is also responsible for the coordination of the Company’s Strategic Planning and Budgeting processes. Prior to joining Active Interest Media, Sellstrom was CEO of DC Shoes, a $170 million skateboard shoe company. He guided the sale of the company to Quiksilver. Sellstrom has also served in several management capacities for the Times Mirror Company; as CEO of AchieveGlobal, a $200 million global training company, and as CEO of The Skiing Company and TransWorld Media, the leading media companies in the winter sports and action sports industries. Sellstrom joined the company when he and his partners sold TransWorld Media to Times Mirror Company.

Before joining AIM, Fox was Vice President of Operations for Sabot Publications, where she oversaw all circulation and production. She joined AIM at the time of Sabot’s acquisition. Ms. Fox is the former President and CEO of Caribbean Travel and Life, Inc. As a founder of the company, she led Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine to its current position as an acknowledged leader in its special-market niche. Ms. Fox also launched Latitudes South, the award-winning in-flight magazine for American Eagle airlines, an affiliate of American Airlines, and TradeWinds, the in-flight magazine for the Dutch Antillean airline ALM, which was affiliated with KLM. Prior to joining Sabot in 1999, Ms. Fox was a Senior Consultant with Ladd Associates, a consulting firm specializing in circulation planning and direct marketing. Ms. Fox has an MBA from George Washington University, an MA from Georgetown, and a BA from Manhattanville College.

John became a full partner in 1988, and President in 1999. During his tenure, John helped to guide Snader and Associates to a staff-level of over 60, in 4 offices throughout California, and sales in excess of $40 million. As Diversified’s Senior Vice President, John continues to guide corporate growth and to oversee all aspects of west coast AV marketing operations, including new business development. John is based in our San Rafael, California office.

After successfully launching Diversified System’s West Coast operation, he currently manages and oversees all project managers, engineers, and project administration for Diversified Mid-Atlantic Operations in Washington DC. In addition, he manages strategic accounts such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, Fox News, and CNN. Fabio has been a key contributor to the growth of Diversified over the past 12 years and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the organic growth of the company.
