He began his advertising career in his native Australia and later worked in Asia and the U.S. with another Interpublic agency, Lowe (formerly, Lowe). Over the years, he has served on such packaged goods clients as Nestle, Unilever, Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson and continue to work with ExxonMobil and Johnson & Johnson, key McCann clients in Asia. He began his marketing career as a Brand Manager for packaged goods giant, Unilever. He served as the Chairman and Director of McCann Worldgroup Japan. He serves as a Director at McCann World Group Holdings Japan, Inc. Michael McLaren received Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
