Tell us about yourself?
I was a nurse for 6 years. Upon having my 5th child, the healthcare industry was a little time consuming with a newborn. When she went to school i felling into a staffing position that 2 years in became dissolved. So I branched out on my own.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
There are days your going to feel like your hitting a road block. Keep going it is always easier to give up.
What problem does your business solve?
Staffing healthcare professionals within the senior Community.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
My love for the medical field and Human Resources. Both my parents were diagnosed with cancer. One survived the other didn’t. Helping staff quality creditable healthcare professionals feels like a good way to improve the industry.
What is your magic sauce?
My industry knowledge and my passion. This isn’t about making a living. It’s about doing it at 110%. Patients deserve quality care.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Staffing every Senior facility in the state of Indiana. There are roughly 1600 facilities in the state. There is no goal to big for us.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Funding. My operation has been 100% self funded. Which can be pretty expensive.
