Personal relationships drive competitive advantage. The vast majority of enterprise managers fail to understand perception is the driving force of growth.

What problem does your business solve?

Sales revenue, employee retention, customer retention, production management, sales management, financial management, supply chain, and human resource challenges.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Entrepreneurship and creating a better way of conducting business. My vast experience with a variety of business models and channels offer managers the ability to grow and succeed.

What is your magic sauce?

How people learn, internalize, and communicate information. This challenge is why organizations fail to achieve strategies, objectives, and tactics.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Authoring multiple books and the expansion of fournierbooks.com. Additionally, continued growth in my consulting business and other business enterprises.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The roll-up of many industries and smaller business. I have adapted to a global view in consulting and guidance to achieve my goals.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

My book “Anonymous Cultures, The Silent Majority”, is available on Amazon. It offers a vast narrative on culture management, leadership, and effective strategies. These three topics are why enterprises succeed and remain relevant to both employees and customers.
