In his position, O’Connor is responsible for the negotiation and administration of all collective bargaining agreements for Union Pacific’s 44,000 unionized employees. The bargaining agreements, negotiated with 15 unions representing Union Pacific employees, comprehensively govern such subjects as wages, work rules and health and welfare benefits. He also represents Union Pacific on the five-member National Carriers’ Conference Committee (NCCC). The NCCC negotiates major contracts on an industrywide basis for most Class 1s and many smaller railroads. While at Gavilon Todd Tanory built a midstream asset team and infrastructure from the ground up, including responsibility for the construction of the 4.1 million barrel Cushing Storage Terminal. James Winter currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Water Solutions for NGL. Previously,James Winter joined High Sierra Energy, LP, in January of 2007, as Vice President of High Sierra Crude Oil & Marketing. James Winter has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. James Winter began his career as an independent petroleum landman in 1979 with Joseph S. Rose & Company. In 1986, James Winter co-founded High Plains Energy Company, an oil and gas land services firm that served a variety of E&P companies throughout the Rockies and northeastern U.S. In 1992, James Winter joined Petro Source Partners, Ltd., where James Winter managed the company’s Permian Basin crude oil purchasing and transportation program. Petro Source was acquired in 2000 by SemGroup, where James Winter was primarily involved in refined products marketing and the acquisition of refined products assets for SemFuel through 2006. Donald Jensen entered the energy business in 1984 when Donald Jensen joined Conoco working in various parts of the downstream business. After Conoco,Donald Jensen acted as a refined products trader for several trading companies including Koch Industries, Williams Energy, and Louis Dreyfus.
