She leads a team that focuses on designing the most efficient sustainable infrastructure solutions for our clients, providing innovative solutions to address demand for water supplies, and interdisciplinary solutions to address wastewater and environmental restoration needs. Shoemaker joined us in 1991 and has previously served in various technical and management capacities, particularly in the field of integrated water management and modeling. She has led large scale watershed and master planning studies, led the development of modeling tools, and published in the field of watershed and stormwater modeling and decision-making. Shoemaker led and coordinated Tetra Tech’s Growth Initiatives programs that for more than a decade have linked our scientists and engineers across our operations. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Bob oversees all manufacturing activities as the company ramps up production to meet the growing demand for SuperLink® Solutions. Robert joined STI in April 2000 as Vice President of Wireless Manufacturing. Since then, STI has increased production of SuperLink® units by nearly 2,000 percent while more than doubling the product’s mean time between failure (MTBF) to over 500,000 hours. Mitch Little is executive vice president, Operations, for Marathon Oil Corporation. Prior to this, Chris was responsible for engineering, construction, and testing critical transmission & distribution equipment at GE Energy and ComEd, an Exelon Company. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Illinois as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
