Bill Van Wyck has spent over 20 years in e-commerce and the application of cloud technology to vertical markets. As a serial entrepreneur, he has built a successful track record in business development, corporate sales and conversion marketing in the Internet sector. In 1990, Bill Van Wyck founded CSI, his first technology company, and generated $13MM in annual revenue within four years. He then merged CSI with Elcom International in 1994 and over the next two years drove same-region sales to $110MM from $13MM. After Elcom went public in 1995, Bill Van Wyck took a multiyear sailing sabbatical and circumnavigated the globe. After returning to the U.S., Bill Van Wyck founded RedRoller, a cloud-based shipping platform that provided price transparency and transaction processing for its many small business customers. In 2007, RedRoller went public and completed a successful multimillion dollar PIPE transaction. Bill Van Wyck has been featured in several publications including Entrepreneur, Inc., Fortune, Forbes, Businessweek, the Wall Street Journal and Business 2.0.

Doug DePhillips is an accomplished construction executive and consultant with over 30 years of experience. He is currently Senior Vice President and Business Practice Leader at J.S. Held LLC. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Doug was President of his own construction company, Chroma Building Corporation and also worked as a Deputy Operation Manager for large-scale construction projects at Turner Construction. Doug specializes in damage assessments to commercial properties, construction estimating, construction cost overrun evaluations, troubled project turnaround, change order/change of scope analysis and construction defect claims. He has first-hand experience in construction project management and dispute resolution on complex construction and property loss litigation. His expertise spans all major market sectors including commercial interiors, high rise residential, commercial, hotel, retail, entertainment, sports arenas, and education. Doug is dedicated to a “project approach” philosophy which introduces a sense of urgency that facilitates resolution. This has been the trademark of his success throughout his career. Doug has his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and has been published in New York Construction News, Architectural Record and Real Estate Weekly.

Tim Woods has over 25 years’ experience as a Construction Industry Professional and has been involved in property loss consulting for the past 20 years. During that time, he worked throughout the United States and Canada as a Building Loss Consultant, specializing in damage evaluation, cost estimating, schedule review and analysis, dispute resolution, building code impact evaluation, and emergency mitigation analysis. Prior to merging with JS Held, Tim was the founding member and President of Wakelee Associates. Tim, along with the Wakelee team, provided support, throughout North America, to carriers on property damage claims. Preceding Wakelee, Tim was a partner in a national restoration and construction firm. The firm provided General Contracting services for commercial and residential properties, specializing in disaster related projects throughout the United States. Tim was responsible for the coordination and oversight of the company’s largest projects.
