While at PCH, Jon was responsible for the technology and operations of the PCH.com Web site. He was also responsible for the ERP, work-flow, and creative management systems for both on and off-line production. During Jon’s tenure, his team was responsible for many strategic initiatives including the development and implementation of a proprietary web advertising solutions that optimized PCH’s ad inventory and streamline the customer acquisition process.
