I have been in commercial loans since 2007 and truck loans where a natural add to our business! We made the right contacts with our investors!
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
More strategic marketing! More research to find more truck drivers!
What problem does your business solve?
Provide loans to truck drivers wanting to buy their first few trucks and get them into the industry!
What is the inspiration behind your business?
truck drivers, they are usually badly treated. We want to form a long-term relationship with truck drivers to also help them run their own business and grow with them.
What is your magic sauce?
Personal touch with the truck drivers and the right relationship with our investors. With these we create a balance in the industry, and we can get the hard-to-get truck loans funded.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We are already in negotiation with international investors, we want to turn Alpha Truck Loan into the Uber of truck financing. Providing even discounts for insurance, mobile phone, etc. We are also in conversations with a online university to provide tuition assistance or discounts for the truck driver and their family members. The sky is the limit.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Proper marketing. We have been doing word of mouth and have had some success.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
