Daysha Freeman: TechpSaceSocial Is a Cryptocurrency Mining Farm That Runs on Renewable Energy

TechSpaceSocial is a cryptocurrency mining farm that runs on renewable energy. We use broken and aged solar panels to run the cryptocurrency miners. We believe that if you can repurpose or redistribute aged and broken solar panels to desert communities without power we could do a lot of good and everyone can have power.

Tell us about yourself?

My background is sales and graphic design. The idea of Decentralized Finance, everyone can be apart of it if they want to without restriction.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Don’t doubt yourself for a minute. Not everyone is out to help you, and reading is everything. If I could go back into time I would just say don’t think so much just try it out and see what happens.

What problem does your business solve?

Energy Crisis in impoverished desert nations. And the energy crisis in our own backyards. We need to be self-reliant on for our energy, one to save you money and two to save our planet.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

I couldn’t afford to run the cryptocurrency miners on the grid, and going the traditional route required me to use the banking system and I’m not approved for certain items. I don’t have enough credit history and cryptocurrency seems to be fixing this problem.

What is your magic sauce?

I decided to go with what works and not with what is pretty or the status quo. I decided to take a risk and look into broken and aged solar panels, even when others advised against it. I also have mixed and match brands of solar panels and different types of batteries, lithium and lead acid together.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

To be able to run all 16 of my cryptocurrency miners and be able to host other mining organizations at TechSpaceSocial and to continue to #mineclean.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The biggest challenges so far has been the excessive wind speeds and extreme temperatures of at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Also energy storage is the problem with keeping all the miners running at the same time.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

To get involved with my vision please take control of your energy! Visit to learn about going solar and if its right for you.
