The main reason was a desire for financial independence or to escape the 9-to-5 grind of a traditional job. I have always thought and have a belief in the potential of a new technology or product to disrupt an existing market.
What do you think is your magic sauce? What sets you apart from the competitors?
Presentation design is a unique business. Everyone can design a presentation, but it’s difficult for everyone to design an engaging and modern presentation.
Our team with visualizer takes each slide in the process of research and designing it to target the particular audience. We just don’t make the presentation beautiful. We deliver the right information in a short way.
How have you found sales so far? Do you have any lessons you could pass on to other founders in the same market as you just starting out?
Sales is a slow process. It takes time for the actual conversion. First, you need to bring the potential customer to your door. You need to first show what’s on the plate and then finally try to sell the best thing from the plate which is suitable for them.
In short, you should have a great website that is different from your competitors. Then you need to bring relevant traffic to your website. It can be done from SEO or paid ads.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far in your business, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge in the market is to generate leads. You will get a lot of one-time projects. But your focus should be on the retainer account, the client who can be with you for the next 1 year. You have to focus on networking through LinkedIn.
