After his initial assignment in the drilling organization, Mr. Williams held various technical, supervisory, and planning positions, including two years in the U.S. upstream planning organization. Wes Christensen is senior vice president, operations, ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. He is responsible for all field operations and technical services. Christensen previously served as senior vice president of natural gas liquids operations of ONEOK Partners. Prior to ONEOK’s acquisition of Koch Industries’ natural gas liquids assets in 2005, he was vice president of operations of Koch Pipeline Company, LP. He also held various positions with Koch Hydrocarbon Company in Medford, Oklahoma, and in Sidney, Montana, where he began his career in 1980. He is a board member of the Mid-Continent Gas Processors Association and a member of the Pipeliners’ Club of Tulsa. He is a past member and president of the Medford Chamber of Commerce. Christensen is a native of Sidney, Montana.

Sheridan Swords
Senior Vice President, Natural Gas Liquids, ONEOK Partners of ONEOK
Sheridan Swords is senior vice president, natural gas liquids of ONEOK Partners, responsible for natural gas liquids gathering, fractionation, storage and pipelines. Prior to assuming this position, Swords was president of the natural gas liquids gathering and fractionation segment. Swords began his career in the energy industry as a division engineer for Koch Gathering Systems Company in 1992. He held various positions with Koch companies, including operations management and commercial and commodity trading. Prior to joining ONEOK Partners in 2005, Swords was vice president of the Mid-Continent of Koch Hydrocarbon, LP. A native of Kansas, Swords earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering in 1991 from Kansas State University in Manhattan.

Dinyar B. Mistry
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of PG&E Corporation
Dinyar Mistry is Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In this capacity, he oversees PG&E’s talent acquisition strategy, employee development, labor relations, and diversity and inclusion programs, among other responsibilities. His expertise in governance, process improvement and controls informs his leadership of PG&E’s Human Resources organization. Mistry joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 1994 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance and Regulation organizations at both the Utility and PG&E Corporation. He has served as Vice President and Controller of Pacific Gas and Electric Company; as Vice President, Regulation and Rates; as Vice President, Internal Audit and Compliance; and most recently as Vice President and Chief Risk and Audit Officer. Prior to his arrival at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Mistry was a senior manager at KPMG. In addition to his professional career, Mistry supports economic empowerment and human rights endeavors. He is a board member of First Graduate, a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping economically disadvantaged high school students become the first in their families to graduate from college. Mistry holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and financial management from Bombay University, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University. He is also registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Karen Austin

Austin has served as a director since June 2014. She has been Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Pacific Gas & Electric Company, a natural gas and electric utilities company headquartered in California, since June 2011. Before joining PG&E, Austin worked for Sears Holdings Corporations as Senior Vice President and President of Consumer Electronics from January 2009 to May 2011 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer from March 2005 to January 2009. Austin joined Kmart Corporation in 1984 and served, before its merger with Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2005, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from April 2002 to March 2005 and Vice President, Applications from January 2000 to April 2002. Anil K. Suri is Vice President and Chief Risk and Audit Officer for PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s enterprise and operational risk management, internal audit, SOX compliance, market and credit risk management and insurance. Suri joined PG&E in 2010 after owning and operating a risk management consultancy in New York, where he advised utility industry senior management in the renewables, fuel supply and new generation markets, and managed market and credit risk of generation assets, pipelines and regulatory assets for utilities and other energy providers. Prior to that, Suri founded the electricity hedging business as Managing Director of Wells Fargo Bank N.A. He served as CEO of E-lecTrade, Inc., which provided electricity procurement, sales, structuring and trading services for the energy industry, and was a founding partner of The Risk Partners, LLC, where he marketed risk advisory and risk transfer services to utilities, pension funds and insurance companies. Suri has also worked as a scientist at Yale University and as an oceanographer at Harvard University, where he earned his PhD in fluid turbulence. He holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Daniel Stoddard
Senior Vice President, Nuclear Operations of Dominion
Daniel G. “Dan” Stoddard is senior vice president–Nuclear Operations. He came to Dominion in July 2006 as director–Nuclear Station Safety & Licensing, and was named site vice president-North Anna Power Station later that year. He assumed the post of vice president–Nuclear Operations in February 2010, and was promoted to senior vice president–Nuclear Operations in May 2011. Prior to joining the company, Stoddard was plant general manager at Progress Energy’s H.B. Robinson nuclear station in Hartsville, S.C. He held several positions at Robinson starting in August 1992. As a member of the U.S. Navy, Stoddard served as commissioned officer and master instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy from 1989 to 1992 and as a commissioned officer on the USS James K. Polk from 1987 to 1989. Stoddard is a licensed professional engineer and a member of the American Nuclear Society. A 1984 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, Stoddard earned his master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Virginia.

Michele Cardiff
Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Dominion
Michele Cardiff is vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. She oversees the accounting function and services for all of Dominion’s operating companies. Cardiff joined Dominion in 1996 as a senior accountant and became manager-Corporate Accounting in October 2000. In October 2005, she was named director-Corporate Accounting. She became assistant controller for the Services Company in November 2008 and controller-Dominion Generation in June 2009. She was named vice president and general auditor in September 2012 and vice president-Accounting in January 2014. She assumed her current post in April 2014. Prior to joining Dominion, Cardiff worked for public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche and held an internal auditing position at Reynolds Metals. She also worked as a consultant for IBM. Janis Salin

Salin joined us in February 2002 and was named Vice President and General Counsel in November 2002. She was elected Secretary in November 2003. For the prior 17 years, Salin was a Principal with the law firm of Riordan & McKinzie (which was acquired by Bingham McCutchen LLP in July 2003), and served as Managing Principal of that firm from 1990 to 1992. Kevin McDonald

McDonald joined us in 2004 through the acquisition of Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation. He is responsible for all areas of human resources (HR), including executive compensation, employee benefits, succession planning, human resources information systems, and employment law compliance. Prior to leading our corporate HR organization, McDonald was the HR Director for one of our subsidiaries. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering and construction services industry. McDonald earned a B.S. degree in Management from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Leslie Shoemaker
Executive Vice President, Water, Environment & Infrastructure of Tetra Tech
Shoemaker has served as President of Water, Environment & Infrastructure (WEI) since April 2015. Shoemaker leads WEI across our global operations including developing and implementing new strategies for expanding our water and environmental services. She leads a team that focuses on designing the most efficient sustainable infrastructure solutions for our clients, providing innovative solutions to address demand for water supplies, and interdisciplinary solutions to address wastewater and environmental restoration needs. Shoemaker joined us in 1991 and has previously served in various technical and management capacities, particularly in the field of integrated water management and modeling. She has led large scale watershed and master planning studies, led the development of modeling tools, and published in the field of watershed and stormwater modeling and decision-making. Shoemaker led and coordinated Tetra Tech’s Growth Initiatives programs that for more than a decade have linked our scientists and engineers across our operations. From 2005 to 2014, she focused on our Strategic Planning process including oversight of our business development. Shoemaker holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Hamilton College, a Master of Engineering Degree from Cornell University, and a Doctorate in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Richard Lemmon
Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration of Tetra Tech
Lemmon joined our predecessor in 1981 in a technical capacity, and became a member of its corporate staff in a management position in 1985. In 1988, at the time of our predecessor’s divestiture from Honeywell Inc., Lemmon structured and managed many of our corporate functions. In 1990, he was promoted to Director of Administration. Lemmon was elected a Vice President in November 1995. He serves as our Risk Manager and is also responsible for Human Resources and facilities.

Christensen is responsible for the company’s information services and technologies, including the implementation of our enterprise resource planning system and management of the shared services organization. Previously, Christensen held positions at the NUS, Brown and Root Services, and Landmark Graphics subsidiaries of Halliburton Company, where his responsibilities included contracts administration, finance, and system development. Ronald Chu
Executive Vice President, Resource Management & Energy of Tetra Tech
Chu has served as the President of Resource Management & Energy (RME, formerly TSS) since June 2007. He has more than 16 years of experience with us and has served in various technical and management capacities, including project and program manager, office manager, regional manager and Chief Operating Officer for TSS. Chu was named a Vice President in 2001 and has served as president of several subsidiary companies during his tenure. He began his career as a civil/sanitary engineer in 1981 and entered the environmental consulting field in 1984. His career has included management of major assessment, engineering, and remediation programs for major oil and gas companies, Fortune 100 manufacturers, energy suppliers, and government agencies. Chu is a registered professional engineer in several states and has authored numerous technical articles. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California.
