Robert C. Robbins became President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Medical Center on November 5, 2012. Prior to that, he was professor and chairman of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he served as a member of the faculty since 1993.
